TAGBILARAN CITY – Another motorcycle unit was added to the long list of carnapped vehicles in this city. This time it is the motorbike of one Federico Negapatan Canizarez Jr., 39, married, a laborer of Notre Mart Enterprises located at CPG North Avenue Cogon District, this city. He reported to city police station that on or about 3:00 o’clock PM of September 19, 2015, he parked his black motorbike HONDA XRM 110, color, bearing plate # IW 6949 and the registered owner is Manolita Sia, a resident of Desamparados, Calape, Bohol at Dao Public Market, in front of George Lamban store located at Dao Public Market, Dao District this City.
Minutes later, when he came back, his motorbike was already nowhere to be found at the place where he parked it, believing it was stolen.
Police said that it is investigating the carnapping incident.
Recently, Emelyn Mercado Panoga, 32, single and a resident of barangay Poblacion, Maribojoc town, reported to the police that her black Honda Wave 100 bearing license plate no. ZH 1143 was lost while it was parked along J. Borja street, barangay Poblacion 2 in this city, nearby the Escabartes residence.
She parked the said motorcycle at past 12 noon and when she came back at 3 PM, the motorbike was nowhere to be found, sayingit she believed it was carnapped.
Another carnap victim, Ronaldo Nuez, 21, single and a resident of barangay Poblacion, San Miguel town but presently residing at Ma. Clara Street, barangay Cogon in this city, told the police that his green Rusi 125 motorbike was nowhere to be found.
He said that he parked his motorbike along Ma. Clara corner Tabaco street, Cogon, this city at past 7 in the morning. He tried to locate it but to no avail, police said.
All these cases are being lodged at the Theft and Robbery section of city police station for futher concrete action.
Just a few days ago, a certain Valentin Tagapulot Belarmino, 53 years old reported to city police that his motorcycle was stolen by still unidentified carnapper, police report said.
Belarmino, who is married, a resident of Banban, Dimiao, Bohol and works as Security Guard under Tamblot Security Agency and presently detailed at Amarela Beach Resort, that his motorbike Honda XRM 125 with plate number 9267 GJ was parked yesterday morning within the vicinity of Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital.
After he came out of the said hospital and proceeded to PAG-IBIG Office located at Galleria Luisa to transact loan thereat. And when he came back to Provincial Hospital at around 8:45 AM, he was shocked to discover that his motorcycle was nowhere to be found at the place where he parked it.
Police said they’re still investigating the incident.
Meanwhile, P03 Joemer Miculob of this city station has recovered a unit of Honda Wave 100 Motorcycle, bearing Plate No. GA 33102, with Engine No. KWY01E104773, Chassis No. KWY01104765. The said motorbike was stlen at around 2:33 AM on Septembr 11, 2015.
The said motorcycle was registered under the name of Joel D. Remeticado, a resident of Sta. Cruz, Sagbayan, Bohol, police said.
Miculob has responded to the request of a certain Ryan Laswe Bantugan, 30, single and resident of Poblacion Ibabao, Loay, Bohol after the former spotted the said motorbike being driven by a minor with a minor backrider traveling along J. A. Clarin street in this city. The police accosted the two minors and brought the said motorcycle to the station.
